The Gym
The equipment is state of the art and brand new as well as user friendly for both men and women and tough enough to take on all sizes and weights, petite to extra large. You get a "big gym" workout, but it feels like the comfort of your home and makes you want to stay all day. The focus is on getting results without distractions. You won't find people standing around and chatting, in fact, unless you have an appointment you can't get in. |
