You must pay in advance to secure your spot. Please wear appropriate workout attire.
You will be weighed, measured, photographed, and body fat tested at registration.
Attendees should bring water, towel, cushioned mat, and two 1-5lb dumbbells. You may
also register at Greenforest Community Baptist Church. This event is in conjunction
with the 50 Million Lb Challenge, headed by Prof. Jerry Brandon and the Green Forest
